In this 11-hectare English-style park grow remarkable trees, remarkable for their size, shape, and often exotic origins (North America: sequoias, taxodiums, American oaks and honey locusts, tulip trees from Virginia...; or Eurasia: ginkgo, Japanese larch, Caucasian wingnut, Chinese bamboo...). Created at the beginning of the 19th century and severely damaged by the 1999 storm, the remains of these ravaged trees still contribute to the romantic spirit of its creation and to the enrichment of its fauna and fungi biodiversity. A renewal campaign is underway, in keeping with the vision of its creators, introducing diverse and exotic species, especially oak, which provides the shapes and colors that give the park its character in different seasons. The presence of large open meadows allows for its beautiful display.
