This garden, located in the former market garden quarter of La Robertsau, is characteristic of the buildings in Neustadt District with a Vorgarten on street side. At the rear was the ornamental garden and a kitchen garden with its compost pit dating from the construction of the house in 1901.
It is now an oasis of greenery and freshness in the city.
